Costs
Atom's costs are fixed with no hidden extras; can be covered (for the licensed system ‘owner’) by micro-billing for some services; and are not tied to a long running contract.
Atom Ultima offers a toolbox for compliance, quality and management of a whole business: multi sited, mobile workforce, individualised care.
The system communicates to all stakeholders through a personally encrypted mobile app (IoS and Android), free to download for staff, contractors, clients, families, other agencies – who are given access passwords by the Atom Ultima's licensed owner.
While download is free, an Atom Ultima owner may charge users for the service the mobile app offers. It is more than possible to recoup the cost of Atom Ultima with micro–billing for its service.
The individual mobile app content is delivered and controlled by central Admin accounts, which can utilise:
